Your Keystone Login account has been granted access to submit police pursuit statistics for a Pennsylvania law enforcement agency. To be an agency user of the Pennsylvania Police Pursuit Reporting System, you must agree to these terms. You agree to the following:

Agency user access to the Pennsylvania Police Pursuit Reporting System is for official use only. As an agency user, you will use this system only to accurately submit police pursuit statistics for your agency. You will not attempt to access pursuit incident statistics for an agency for which you are not authorized to submit statistics, and you will not misuse this system. You may view annual pursuit statistics for other agencies only by using the reports menu on the home page.

A Keystone Login account is required to access and submit police pursuit incidents for an agency. If your Keystone Login account is shared with other individuals, you must and will notify the PSP Bureau of Research and Development. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Keystone Login account. You will become familiar with and abide by all terms and conditions for use of Keystone Login.

If you have been granted agency administrator permissions, you will grant login access only to individuals authorized to submit police pursuit statistics for your agency. You will remove agency users from the Pennsylvania Police Pursuit Reporting System when they separate from your agency, or are no longer authorized to submit police pursuit statistics for your agency. You will report any misuse of the Pennsylvania Police Pursuit Reporting System to the PSP Bureau of Research and Development.

You acknowledge that system usage may be monitored and logged.
